Indonesia Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Inacham")

is an organization dedicated to fostering business relationships between Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Position:


Accounting Clerk

Required Skills:


- Required fluent spoken & written English, and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred but not required
- Have basic accounting background, able how to produce and keep track of cash flow and income statement
- Basic mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Able to use e-mail
- Able to use smart-phones and its applications
- Willing and able to learn new skills

 

Job Description:


- Answer inquiries regarding INACHAMHK, and/or direct the messages to the appropriate departments
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Attend every meeting and prepare minute of meeting
- Manage cash, receivables, and payables
- Reconciling back account(s)
- Prepare monthly income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet.
- Filing and maintenance of accounting files
